Put in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\Provider\Asset\Audio\Diesel\Locomotive\Cab
Replace the proxyxml files with this horn!

(This horn does have a doppler effect which means gets louder when it is getting closer and quiter when getting farther)
