Addons for the GN Cascadian route

This patch fixes bugs with some signals.
This patch addresses an issue with far-field engine and tender LODs being improperly offset.
The purpose of this download is to replace the Cascadian route's IM_Expert_GN.bin blueprint, fixing an error in the blueprint's Dynamic Brake section.
