New horn and bell for the Dash 9 pack, per request
This is a sound pack done by request.

Back up Dash9 Horn Sound.XML and Dash9 Horn Sound.BIN if you wish to go back to the default. If you install this and wish to go back, just paste the backup back into the Cab folder.

INSTALL:
1. Unzip the file
2. Go to \railworks\Assets\RSC\Dash9Pack01\Audio\RailVehicles\Diesel\Dash9\Cab if you wish to manually install. If you want to use the .RWP format, go to \railworks and you should find Utilities.exe.
3. (Only if using Utilities.exe) Go to Package Manager and click 'Refresh'
4. Click install and locate the .RWP from the folder you unziped.
Yes, It says GP9 Horn3.PROXYXML and GP9 Horn3.PROXYBIN, it is supposed to. Also yes, there is no Horn_start. This is also how is should be. The loop consists the start, creating a smoother transition.
