Thanks for downloading! Installation and link to video I got the horn below.
NOTE: This is my first horn sound so sorry if it isn't that good. I wasn't able to do the doppler effect and it is a little quiet but sounds great.
Installation,
1. Unzip to a temporary location
2. Make sure you remove the Class ES44 8101 proxyxml from the cab folder then Drag the three sound files and the proxyxml to the cab folder of the NS Heritage ES44ACs(you can do other locos if desired).
3. Launch the game to make sure it works and have fun if it does.
