This Fix if for the DLC SD70 volume 2 Locomotives to fix the traction motor fan howl that occurs between 0-50 mph. (does anyone even test products anymore??)
System Requirements and Installation:

System Requirements: You need to have installed RailWorks, there are no special hard- or software requirements which would go beyond those of the game itself.
Installation: 1.Download the .RWP file and save it in a temporay place on your hard disk. 2.Run the Utilities.exe in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks 3.Open the package manager tab click install, locate you tempory directory highlite "SD70V2_TracMotorFanSndFix.rwp" click on "open" button.
