Portsmouth A Strange Day by Ken Charles Long (KCLong)
Scenario Portsmouth A Strange Day.rar - 1.5 MB
A scenario for the Portsmouth Direct Route.
Its Christmas Eve and you have the early shift. That's great because its one run to Portsmouth, then breakfast and then a return to Woking and finish. Then its off shopping with the family. Happy days.
So its a 80 minute run to Portsmouth with no reported delays although there has been a fairly heavy overnight snow fall. Despatch has issued a notice that there are a number of maintenance crews out so this is a heads up run but apart from that there appears to be nothing to stop you getting that breakfast in about 90 minutes. But..................
There is an Assett rwp that comes with this scenario pack. It is not necessary to load it but will enhance the drive. Different situations will occure according to your timing so no two runs will necessarily be the same. As you may/will get a lot of Yellows and Reds I suggest you peer out into the early morning winter gloom as much as possible to spot those signals. Good luck.
