HW coach for Skunk Train Route
You must have the RWA route from Rail Works America for this coach to show up in game. Run the installer or drill down through the folders and manually install this in the proper place. Then go to the \Assets\RWA\Lakeside\RailVehicles\Passenger\Pullman\Coach. Copy the Pullma-Coach_RWA3.GeoPcDx and paste it into the Cal_West folder that is up at the same level as the Coach.
That's it.
