Installation: Unzip the download file and extract the files to a convenient location. In Windows Explorer or equivalent navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks and double-click on the file Utilities.exe. (Seriously consider creating a shortcut to this file on your Desktop.) That will launch a dialog titled "Train Simulator Utilities." Click on the Package Manager tab, then click on the Refresh button. Once all the progress bars have finished, click on the Install button. Navigate to wherever you extracted the download package and find the file titled RWA_Lakeside_Repaints001_05-06-14.rwp. Select that file and click on the Open button.
No scenarios are included in the download, however both RS-1 versions should appear in your Quick Drive menu. Keep your eye on the RWA site for future scenarios created around these locomotives.
