Welcome to the Kalamazoo Terminal Railway, Version 3, a freeware route for DTG's Train Simulator.
This shortline based out of Kalamazoo, Michigan, is based upon Watco's Grand Elk Railroad.
The route presently includes 2 completed lines, as well as a 3rd industrial stub, plus a 4th in progress line.

The Upjohn Secondary: ~7 Miles from Gibson Street (junction) South to Portage, Michigan and the Upjohn (today Pfizer) Plant. Former Grand Rapids & Indiana (PRR).
The Kalamazoo Branch: ~10 Miles from Pavilion Junction just outside of town, down to Pavilion, Michigan (interchange). Former Chicago, Kalamazoo and Saginaw (GTW).
The North Yard: Industrial line running North from Kalamazoo along the former NYC/LSM&S and GTW/CK&S line.

The NYC/Lake Shore, Michigan & Southern line from Kalamazoo to White Pigeon Junction (~30 miles) is under construction and will be added as time permits; followed by the GR&I north through Moline, Michigan to Grand Rapids.

I have also undertaken coordinating as well as making my own series of custom locomotive and rolling stock reskins for this route.

Those can be broken into several groupings of assets which will be on RWA in time:
-ALCos (KTR being depicted as an all ALCo road that held out until 2020 with ALCo power baring 2 Baldwins).
-Steam (4 steam locomotives which the company has rostered between the 1940s and present day) and the associated coaching stock.
-EMD Hood Units (GP38s, a GP30, and GP35 acquired during Pfizer's Boom)
-F Units (Kalamazoo's limited collection of EMD F units).
-BL2s (Kalamazoo's 2 EMD BL2 units, acquired from Glen Mohart, then Iowa Pacific).
-Lightweight Passenger Equipment (ex-Iowa Pacific Bankruptcy)
-E UNITS!!! (To be released in time, and divided amongst regions, as this includes every surviving E unit as of 2020).

Searchlight Simulations and RRMods freight stock is used in many cases, as well as Golden Age items.
