This is a idler car to be used on the Queen Mary Island shortline available here in the library. It is a repaint of the GreatNortherner old forty foot flat car.
You will need the GreatNortherner old forty foot flat for this to work. http://golden-age-rails.com/packsrw/flat40.html It is freeware so nothing needs to be added.
Just run the installer and away you go.
