To install, run the RW_Asset_Setup file. The models install into the Assets\Britkits\ RollingStock\RailVehicles\Passenger\01-HW-coaches\Default_Gold\Wagon folder. Copy all the GEOPCDX files from Assets\Britkits\RollingStock\RailVehicles\Passenger\01-HW-coaches\Default\Wagon and paste them into the new folder. The new models have car names such as: GOLD-hw-ch-ac (Heavyweight coach with air conditioning.)
Dick Cowan’s original models have white roadnames and numbers. I wanted gold textures to use with some steam era scenarios for the Donner Pass route and the B&O Mountain Sub.
For a set of Southern Pacific cars, use the following number structure:
1111xxxxAxxxx
The first four digits are centered numbers. The capital “A” selects a Southern Pacific roadname. The last four digits are to select end numbers. Cars in this set include: baggage, combine, coach, diner, and observation. I’ve included in this package a separate key to the included roadnames as well as pictures of the other cars.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
