This is a re-paint of the Crane from the HIS Feather River Extension found on STEAM here:

Run the installer or drill down to Assets\HIS\FeatherRiverExt\RailVehicles\Freight and place the RWA_MOW folder there. Then copy the two GEOPCDX Files named RG_MOW_BoomCar and RG_MOW_CraneCar and paste them into the RWA_MOW folder.
That's it. You need to have the HIS FeatherRiverExt checked in your asset list for this to show up.
