This model is a West India Fruit & Steamship Co. reskin of the payware 40ft Steel Reefers from the RWA Lakeside Route. The route can be purchased at http://www.railworksamerica.com/.
Run the "RW_AssetSetup.exe" file to install the reskin. Copy all the GEOPCX files from Assets\RWA\Lakeside\RailVehicles\Freight\ Reefer40ft\Default and paste them into Assets\RWA\Lakeside\RailVehicles\ Freight\Reefer40ft\WIF. In the scenario editor the model will be listed as “RWA Reefer WIF open (or closed).”
In my operational concept, the Delta Lines operates the Mississippi Route by Zawal. One of the featured Delta Lines trains is a Banana Train that runs from New Orleans to Memphis, Tennessee, over the Mississippi Route, with setouts along the way.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
