This model is an Atlantic Coast Line reskin of Michael Stephan’s freeware 50ft PS1 Boxcar. I grew up in Brundidge, AL, on the Montgomery Sub of the ACL. Bob’s Feeds shipped 3-4 of these cars loaded with bags of chicken feed every day in the 60’s. The 40ft-PS1 base model can be downloaded at http://www.stephan-michael.de/railsim/packsrw/boxps150.html.
Run the RW_AssetSetup.exe file to install the model. It installs into Assets\GreatNortherner\ Allegheny\RailVehicles\Freight\Boxcar_50ft_PS1\ACL. The model is named “Boxcar 50ft-PS1 ACL.”
Special thanks go to Michael Stephan for his excellent model and repainter’s package. If you have problems, post a message in the support forum at Railworks America. This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
