CVP observation car by Buzz Baxter (buzz456)
This is a stand alone observation car converted from MSTS, repainted in CVP livery.
This is a stand alone Observation car that goes into the MSTS conversion folder. Since it is freeware I have included the Geo files. I want to thank the original creator as well as whoever did the conversion to TSxxxx.
It seems to be be lost in obscurity but the observation is based on a original done by our friend Casey Jones over at Britkits for MSTS. In any event here it is for the Columbia Valley Pacific with a somewhat refinished interior as well as the exterior livery.
