You will need the BLE route from G-TraX to use this car. Run the installer or drill down and place the CSX_Tankcar folder into the Assets\G-Trax\BLE\RailVehicles\Freight folder. Then go into the the Tankcar folder and copy the USRA-tank-10k_car1.GeoPcDx file. Open the CSX_Tankcar folder and paste it into there.
That's it.
