This model is a V&O reskin of Larry Goss’s freeware FMC 50ft PlateC Offset Double Door Boxcar.  The Virginian and Ohio is the name of a fictional model railroad company created by W. Allen McClelland.

The V&O is famous in the model railroading world for setting a new standard for freelanced model railroads designed to operate in a prototypical manner and was a major influence upon many model railroaders of the time.

You can download the free-ware base model from the File Library at http://www.railworksamerica.com/.

Run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the model  

In the scenario editor the model is listed as: “FMC50ftCODDBox-VO”. 

This model is installed into:  Assets\MaineLines\RailVehicles\ Freight\Boxcars\FMC50ftCODD_VO\.  Now all we need is a V&O Railworks route.

This package is released as freeware.  You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
