NRD_Commercial Warehouse 5 Pack
This .zip file comtains a set of 5 commercial warehouses for use with Railworks or RailSimulator. These models are based on a real world storage & distribution company, W.H. Lawson and Son in Roanoke, Virginia. The models were designed as a set, but each can be placed as a standalone scenery object in your route building endevours.
They are resonably detailed and make great trackside objects. The models appear in the Railworks editor under Industrial and Commercial Buildings. Look for the NRD_ prefix.
You may use these assets in any freeware route without permission from the author.
You may redistribute the assets herein, together with your freeware route, in a seperate freeware asset pack for your route, or as a standalone freeware download on your website. You may not use theese assets in any payware route project, payware scenario pack, asset pack, or in any other situation that would require the end user to pay a fee for access to the assets contained herein.
You may not repaint, alter or use the assets .tgpcdx files, in whole or in part, for use on your own models without express permission from the author.
