This patch fixes bugs with some signals.

Description: Installation:

1. UnZip the download package to a convenient location such as your Desktop. The package contains the file SignalFix_Cascadian.rwp.
2. In your Railworks folder, find the file Utilities.exe and double-click on it. A dialog containing several tabs appears. Select the tab labeled "Package Manager."
3. Click the button labeled "Refresh."
4. Click the "Install" button. A standard file dialog with the title "Load Package" appears.
5. Navigate to where you extracted the file SignalFix_Cascadian.rwp, select it, then click the "Open" button.
6. The replacement asset files are automatically installed in the proper folders.
