Requirements: GP38-2 Dependencies and Model. These can be found at Digirails. But be careful what you download, Jesse has his P5 hidden in some files, It's a nice horn, but in my opinion doesn't belong on a engine like this. But hey, its your choice!
1. Install RWP through Package Manager
2. copy GP38-2.GeoPcDx from Program Files(x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\railworks\assets\JCornell\EMD\RailVehicles\Diesel\GP38-2\BNSF1\Engine
3. Paste GP38-2.GeoPcDx to Program Files(x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\railworks\assets\JCornell\EMD\RailVehicles\Diesel\GP38-2\Ex-UP\Engine
4. Thanks to Mike Calvin (MadMike1024) for the original Up paint of this classic and Buzz456 for a little file sorting to help me out.
