Here are 3 skins for the payware RSC PRR K4 steam engine.

I think they should be better but I spent enough time on these already. I'm making them available to anyone who wants to use them. A factory fresh black, fictional red and a green version.
Instructions.
Add the RWP through your package manager.
If you only want one engine, then just follow the directions for just the one you want and you can delete the Green or Red or New folder of the one's you don't want.

Important part! You must do this or they won't work!

After you install, open your K4 default folder.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\RSC\K4Pack01\RailVehicles\Steam\K4\Default"
Copy the Cab folder and paste it in each of the newly created folders. That is the Red folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\RSC\K4Pack01\RailVehicles\Steam\K4\Red"
The Green folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\RSC\K4Pack01\RailVehicles\Steam\K4\Green"
The New folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\RSC\K4Pack01\RailVehicles\Steam\K4\New"
Then you have to copy the 'K4_Engine.GeoPcDx' file from the default engine folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\RSC\K4Pack01\RailVehicles\Steam\K4\Default\Engine" and paste it in the new Engine folders. That is Red, Green and New Engine folders respectively.
Do the same for the tender.
Copy the 'K4_Tender.GeoPcDx' file from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\RSC\K4Pack01\RailVehicles\Steam\K4\Default\Tender" and paste that into each of the tender folders. Red, Green and New Tender folders respectively.
