This is a Soo Line re-paint of the HIS, Saluda, EMD SD40-2. You will need the HIS, Saluda Route first.
There are four units: 6019, 6029, 6309 and 6612 with and without driver.

Installation
------------
1- Open the zip archive, find the Assets folder, drag it to your Railworks folder. Answer "Yes" to the prompt about merging the Assets folders.
2- Drill down to Assets\HIS\Saluda\RailVehicles\Diesel\EMD SD40-2\Engine_NS_LowShortHood folder.
3- Copy SD40-2_NS_LH.GeoPcDx to your Assets\HIS\Saluda\RailVehicles\Diesel\EMD SD40-2\Engine_Soo_LowShortHood and in the three other Soo folders.
4- To allow the repaints showing up in the scenario editor you go to the EMD SD40-2\CabView_LowShortHood, copy SD40-2_NS_LH_Cab.GeoPcDx and paste it at the same location. 
   Rename it SD40-2_Soo_LH_Cab.GeoPcDx, open the file with TS-Tools. Click on Search and Replace, write ns in the top window and Soo in the lower one. Click on Find.
   There are only two specific places where you need to replace the word “ns” with “soo.” The first is where it says “(08) hood” on three lines, and the second is where
   it says “(08) underframe,” also on three lines. Click “replace” on all three lines in both places. That's it.             
5- Do the same for the three other Soo units.

In the scenario editor, enable content from HIS/Saluda.
Now you should see the four Soo SD40-2 units with and without driver along with other units from the HIS DLC.
