This is a repaint of Reppo's SW1 from Steam.
You will need the SW1 model from Steam to use this model. https://store.steampowered.com/app/2956080/Train_Simulator_SW1_Switcher/
Run the installer or drill down and place BMblu folder into The Assets\Reppo\EMDSW1\RailVehicles\
Then for this particular model copy the SW1_WP (GeoPcDx) file and paste it into the BMblu folder.
If you are doing this manually you will need to put the SW1_CAB_ Geo file from BMblu the CabView folder included into the Reppo\EMDSW1\RailVehicles\CabView folder.
This should show up as BMblu
