This is a repaint of RSC's GP9Pack01 in the fictional Prescott and Cedar Island paint scheme.
You will need the RSC GP9Pack01 to use this re-paint. https://store.steampowered.com/app/208371/Train_Simulator_GP9_Loco_AddOn/
Just run the installer or drill down and place the PCI folder in with the others. Then copy the GP9_01.GeoPcDX from the Southern Engine folder and paste it into the PCI Engine folder. They should show up as EMD GP9 PCI.
