This is a repaint of the Amtrak E8 add on from DTG into Baltimore & Ohio colors.
You will need the Amtrak E8 add on from DTG for this to work. https://store.steampowered.com/app/678002/Train_Simulator_Amtrak_E8_Loco_AddOn/
Run the installer or drill down and place this into the proper folder. Then copy the E8-A Amtrak PhaseII.GeoPcDx and E8-B Amtrak PhaseII.GeoPcDx from the Amtrak phaseII and paste it into your EngineBnO_3 folder and that should do it.
