This model is a Riverside, Waterton, & Atlantic reskin of the payware Machine Rail WM Baldwin H-9 Consolidation. You must purchase and install the base model for this reskin to operate properly. Download the payware model here:

Installation instructions:
Copy the Assets\MachineRail\1921 Baldwin H9 WM\RailVehicles\Steam\BLW WM folder and rename it to: Assets\MachineRail\1921 Baldwin H9 WM\RailVehicles\Steam\RWA.
Run RW_AssetSetup.exe to install the reskin and be sure to allow files to be over-written.
I run steam on the RW&A route all the time and thought the Machine Rail 2-8-0 would be a perfect addition. The loco is listed as “[MR] RWA H-9 Original” and “[MR] RWA H-9 Original Tender” in the Scenario Editor.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
