This is a Elgin, Joliet and Eastern re-paint of the excellent Searchlight Simulations, EMD JRSD40-2.

Of course you will need the Searlight Simulations, EMD JRSD40-2 NS first.
Installation
------------
To install extract the folders EJE and EJE2 to C:Program/Files(x86)/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Railworks/Assets/SearchlightSimulations/EMD/JRSSD40-2/RailVehicles/Diesel.
Then go to C:Program/Files(x86)/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Railworks/Assets/SearchlightSimulations/EMD/JRSD40-2/RailVehicles/Diesel/NS/Engine. Copy all files ending with .GeoPcDx (20)
Paste them into C:Program/Files(x86)/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Railworks/Assets/SearchlightSimulations/EMD/JRSSD40-2/RailVehicles/Diesel/EJE/Engine and EJE2/Engine folders.
Then go to C:Program/Files(x86)/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Railworks/Assets/SearchlightSimulations/EMD/JRSD40-2/RailVehicles/Diesel/NS/CabView. Copy all files ending with .GeoPcDx (9)
Paste them into C:Program/Files(x86)/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Railworks/Assets/SearchlightSimulations/EMD/JRSSD40-2/RailVehicles/Diesel/EJE/CabView and EJE2/Cabview folders.
To use in a scenario
--------------------
In the scenario editor, enable content from Searchlight Simulations/EMD/JRSD40-2 .
Now you should see the SD40-2 EJE and EJE2 Units along with other units from the SS DLC.
