This is a repaint of RSC's GP9Pack01 into the MKT green and yellow stripes livery.
You will need the RSC GP9Pack01 to use this re-paint. https://store.steampowered.com/app/208371/Train_Simulator_GP9_Loco_AddOn/
Just run the installer or drill down and place the MKT folder in with the others. Then copy the GP9_01.GeoPcDX from the Rock Engine folder and paste it into each MKT Engine and engine95,96, and 97 folders. They should show up as EMD GP9 MKT and MKT nd 94,95,96,and 97.
