This is a repaint of DTM's F3 in Chicago Rock Island & Pacific (CRIP) weathered colors.
You will need the F3 from DTM to use this re-paint. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1869390/Train_Simulator_Union_Pacific_F3_Loco_AddOn/
Rock Island didn't own any F3's just F2's. The only real difference was that the F2 was 1350HP as opposed to the F3 which had 1500HP. It was a transition loco between the FT and the F3 and was only produced for about five months during which 74 A units were produced and 30 B units. CRIP did not own any B units.
Chicago Rock Island & Pacific was one of the many granger roads to cover Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Texas. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago%2C_Rock_Island_and_Pacific_Railroad
To install this run the installer and then copy F3_CGW_01.GeoPcDx from the DTM\F3 UP\RailVehicles\Diesel\F3_Engine_CGW and paste it into your new F3_Engine_CRIPweathered folder.
That should do it. Enjoy this iconic locomotive.
