This is a repaint of the DTM BL2 in the C&O livery.
You will need the DTM BL2 https://store.steampowered.com/app/1637254/Train_Simulator_Western_Maryland_BL2_Loco_AddOn/ which happens to be on sale until the 28th. of March 2022.
Just run the installer or drill down and place the folder into the DTM asset folder.
Then you need to copy the BL2_WM_01.GeoPcDx from the WM Engine folder and paste it into the EMD BL2-CnO\RailVehicles\Diesel\Engine folder.
Then to keep the file size down go to the WM\Engine\Texture folder and copy the following files from there and paste them into the CnO Engine\Texture folder: Hood_Normal_nm.TgPcDx , Hood_Normal_nmc.TgPcDx , Cab01_nm.TgPcDx , and last Cab01_nmc.TgPcDx.
