****About****
These cars were developed during the mid 60s as a radio receiver for locotrol operations. You would find them mostly in a mid-train set up. On a side note, GE units were restricted from mid-train operations up until the late 80s. With this restriction you only saw EMD units being used in conjunction with the receiver cars.
****Installation****
Unzip to a temporary location then install the .rwp file via Railworks package manager.
