These are two repaints of the RW&A Lakeside route Alco RS1 in PRR and PC liveries.

Now,
To install these repaints, use the Utilities manager to run the Alco RS1 PRR PC.rwp file.
Then, go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RWA\Lakeside\RailVehicles\Diesel\RS-1\SOO" and copy "GX_RS-1_SOO.GeoPcDx" from the Engine folder into the same folder for both the PRR and PC repaints.
Next, copy the "GX_RS-1_Cab_001.GeoPcDx" from the Soo CabView folder and paste it into the CabView folder for both the PC and PRR repaints. You can delete the Placeholder file in each CabView folder.
