A patch for the CP/UP 4-4-0 (Jupiter) reskins by trainboi
This is a patch for the CP/UP 4-4-0 Reskins of the Jupiter by trainboi. Before you install this patch get the Jupiter from steam first and the repaint from Railworks America --> http://railworksamerica.com/index.php/download-library/engine-repaints?view=document&;id=2789
This patch updates the repaints to the state of May 2019:
- The names and numbers of the locos and tenders have been corrected for the scenario editor
- The locos have now functional virtual airbrakes to stop uncoupled coaches from runnig away on grades
- Some textures like the brass have been updated to the currend ones of the Jupiter package
- The name 'Red Fox' will now be correctly displayed on the cab of the loco 'Red Fox'
- A corruped texture at 'Gazelle', that crashes the sim at lower graphic settings, has been fixed
- The texture of the pilots has been fixed
- This package also includes some quick drive consists. The consists of the UPRR locos require coaches from UP119 (available on steam)
Installation: Install the repaint via Utilities / Package Manager as usual. Then, you will need to copy in the .GeoPcDx files from the original Jupiter pack, which means you have to unpack them from JupiterAssets.ap.
This can be done with 7-Zip or RWTools. Copy all of the .GeoPcDx files from Jupiter\RailVehicles\Steam\Jupiter\Default\Engine into Jupiter\RailVehicles\Steam\Jupiter\Default\Engine 2.
After that, install this patch. You will get informed by the package manager, that some files already exists. Click OK. The package manager overwrites the files. Once the installation is finished you'll find the additional locos at the same place as the original locomotives.
