Unzip this package to a temporary folder, e.g. C:\Temp and click on RW_AssetSetup.exe.
The installer will open and should display the path of your TrainSimulator 2014 folder
(If not, click on the '....' button and navigate to your TrainSimulator 2014 folder in Steam.)
Click the 'Install to TrainSimulator 2014' button and thats it.
Do the same with RW_AssetSetup.exe (2) as that is the second repaint.
IMPORTANT
Since these are repaints of Dick's payware models, you will have to copy and paste the .geopcedx files in order for them to appear in game. This is how you do that.
Copy GP7-hi-db-Rw3.geopcdx from the default locomotive and paste it into Railworks/Assets/Britkits/EMD/Railvehicles/Diesel/GP7/ST_GP7_MEC/Engine.
