Some of the lettering styles, logos, shields, and phrases used in this repaint are the intellectual property of the Canadian National Corporation and used under the Railworks 2™ license with that body.

Installation:
The repaint requires the installation of the 'Kit 06 F3' repaint kit from Britkits at: <http://www.dickyjim.com/diesel.html>;, a free download, and the 'Kit 06 F Mega Pack' a payware package.
Unpack and install the above packages following the instructions include in their readme.
Each skin/repaint model installs as a separate folder in the Railworks main directory under:
\Assets\Britkits\EMD\RailVehicles\Diesel\F7\
Download the .zip file to your computer. Once completed, find your downloaded file, and unzip it into a newly created folder with the name of the downloaded locomotive.
1.Start Railworks 2 and select the Package Manager tab.
2.Click on install, then navigate to the folder where you unzipped these files.
3.Select the .rwp file and click on open.
4.The package Manager will then install your new locomotive.
5.Verify that the file shows in the installed list on the left of the screen.
6.Open your file browser and navigate to 'Railworks\Assets\Britkits\EMD\RailVehicles\Diesel\F7\Default\Engine\'.
7.Copy the 'F7A-db-RW3.GeoPcDx' and the 'F7B-db-RW3.GeoPcDx' files to your desktop.
8.Open your file browser and navigate to 'Railworks\Assets\Britkits\EMD\RailVehicles\Diesel\F7\CN-Frt-F7\Engine\'.
a.Copy the 'F7A-db-RW3.GeoPcDx' and the 'F7B-db-RW3.GeoPcDx' files into the folder.
10.Open your file browser and navigate to 'Railworks\Assets\Britkits\EMD\RailVehicles\Diesel\F7\CN-Frt-F7\Engine-nc\'.
a.Copy the 'F7A-db-RW3.GeoPcDx' file into the folder.
b.Delete the 'F7A-db-RW3.GeoPcDx' and the 'F7B-db-RW3.GeoPcDx' from your desktop
11.Start Railworks.
12.Select Editor.
13.Select the route where you wish to add the locomotive.
14.Select Scenario Editor.
15.Select a scenario at the top of the screen.
16.Select Edit scenario.
17.Once the scenario editor opens:
a.Click the left center flyout then click on the locomotive icon.
b.Click on the object filter (a small blue square with an orange triangle).
c.A flyout on the right of the screen will open.
d.Pull out the flyout and use the pulldown menu.
e.Find and click on 'Britkits'.
f.Click on the the EMD box making sure that it is checked.
g.The locomotives will then appear in the list in the left center pullout as CN Freight F7A, CN Freight F7A-nc, and CN Freight F7B.
Please remember even those this file is free, the author still has rights to the file. Be sure to read the readme that is enclosed for further copyright information and instructions to install the file.
