This is a repaint of the default SD40-2 from RSC.  HL stands for Helms Leasing. http://www.hlmx.com/company.htm

To install this just run the installer or follow the path and manually install this.  Since the locomotive is a default unit the Geo file is included so this should be ready to run after installation.
