Two Vermont Railway RS3 Reskins on Richard Cowan's Free Kit 08

Introduction:
These are Vermont Railway RS3 #603 and #604 repaints by Diego Gallina. They are based on the RS 2012 upgraded Alco RS3 Model copyright 2011 by Richard Cowen of Britkits (used with permission).
These units have fixed numbers due to the hard-coded textures required on the hood ends.
The package includes a few quick-drive consists to get you started; A single engine, a single engine with 20 freight cars, and doubleheaded engines with 40 freight cars. The freight cars are from the Sherman Hill add-on and assume that you have it installed.
Installation:
The RS3 repaints requires the installation of and will not work without the updated 'Kit 08 Alco RS3' repaint kit from Britkits at: <http://www.dickyjim.com/diesel.html>, a free download.
These skins/repaints install in a separate folder in the Railworks main directory under: \Assets\Britkits\Alco\RailVehicles\Diesel\RS3\
Download the file to your computer. Once completed, find your downloaded file, and unpack it into a newly created folder with the name of the downloaded locomotives.
1.Start the Train Simulator Utility application from your main train simulator folder
2.Click on Package Manager -> install, then navigate to the folder where you unzipped these files.
3.Select the .rwp file and click on open.
4.The package Manager will then install your new locomotives
5.Start Train Simulator
6.Click Main Menu
7.Click Quick Drive
8.Choose Alco RS3, click next, then pick your desired consists, route, etc

Version 1.1 fixes an XML configuration error that kept the footboards from appearing, adds snow and cablight effects from Richard's SP RS3 snow and GP9 units respectively, and adds unit 602 (payware required) to the package. Prerequisites:

2. The snow effect requires the installation of and will not work without ONE of the following updated Britkits basic packs: Kit 04 EMD FT, Kit 05 EMD SW1200, Kit 09 EMD E7, Kit S02 EMD NW2, or Kit S04 EMD E8 and E9, a free download from <http://www.dickyjim.com/diesel.html>
3. The cablight effect requires the installation of and will not work without the updated "kit 01 GP9' repaint kit from Britkits at: <http://www.dickyjim.com/diesel.html>, a free download.
4. The The RS3 602 unit ALSO requires the payware 'Kit 08 Alco RS3 Xtra" from Britkits
Instllation Steps:

10.If snow and cablight effects to not appear, open the editor and make sure that Britkits -> EMD is selected in addition to Britkits -> Alco.
