----FEATURES----
-gives lighting to the SD70s
----REQUIREMENTS----
-railworks3
-SD70 Vol.2 pack (if you don't have it, what's the point of downloading this?)
-win rar/7zip or some other program to open rars
-internet connection (if you are reading this you must have one)
----HOW TO INSTALL----
-unzip rar anywhere
-use the package manager in your RW launcher to install the rwp
-go into all of the *SD70 name*\Engine folders (assets\rsc\SD70Pack 02 and 03\rail vehicles\...) and open the xml with the serz application (overides the bin file)
-start up RW
----HOW TO USE----
-in the editor, trun on assests for RSC\SD70packs
----BUGS/ANNOYING THINGS----
-in light mode 2, the front lights will still be on but not emitting light (does not happen in CN SD70m-2) and that's RSC's fault, it's the way they made thier lights work
