i lost sound completly, i was making up a new train ,sound went out, i then deleted the program and re downloaded it still no sound. only on railworks so it's not my computer ANY IDEAS???????????

Go to your volume mixer and check if Railworks itself is muted.

Click on the volume button. You should see an option for mixer. Click it, and make sure it has Railworks all the way up.
