Lner a4 problems

Recently I purchased a lner add on pack from just trains & installed it as it should have been & everything was ok, but when I click on scenarios it takes a while to load & then cuts to the desktop & a message appears saying something has gone wrong. If you have had that problem & had it resolved please tell me how you fixed it or tell me ways to fix it if have not had the problem. All help will be appreciated.

It does say it is supported in the 2013 edition on the website.

One thought - the LNER A4 addon requires the original base A4 addon to work. Have you got the base A4 addon installed as well as the LNER pack?

If not, I believe it's on sale at a reduced price at the moment
