i currently trying to create custom trackage for RW and wants to make use the LoftTexDiffSpec.fx but don't know how to setup the shader correctly, so the specular not shown (makes no difference to the LoftTexDiff.fx). What is the parameters required so that the specular will show in game?
i have read this on ukts but not explaining what the required setup ---> "LoftTexDiffSpec Use: this shader to create lofted element with a basic specular phong of a fixed size and power.
