SD40-2 Lack of throttle indicator, non-notched dynamic brake

I thought I'd ask here before reporting it in case it's something local vs. an overall problem, but with the new SD40-2, there is no longer an idle-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 above the throttle which leaves me having to use the F5 HUD to know what throttle setting I'm in. Also, I believe the dynamic brake is supposed to be notched just as with the throttle, but not only is it continuous, it also lets you engage full braking from the start without going through "setup." Has anyone else noticed these problems with the SD40-2, or is it just me?

From what I'm seeing Dynamic Braking hasn't been fixed, SD40 (Cajon) and the Horseshoe "F" unit still have DB's that are far too strong. In the past, I use just 1% to 10% for the DB settings and that is much closer to what the dynamics should create.

In addition, has anyone else had issues with numbering. All I can get no matter what 4 numbers I plug in is 3210. Anyone have this issue?

Same here.... though SD40-2 Black can be renumbered....
And also no lights in the gauges at night yet (at least speedometer should have), and I don't like to use F4, I'm running around using F5.

I believe the dynamic brake is supposed to be notched just as with the throttle

Just to let you know, on the prototype the dynamic brake does not have notches, only the throttle
