Thank you! I'll check into those routes. I've been looking for a road intersection where connecting road has a radius curve to the main road. My intersections have hard 90 degree angles instead of a radius curve.

You can splice roads together much like you do with track to form a turnout. A intersection can easily be created provided you use the right road shape along with a uniform texture. Think of it as a turnout but with three or four diverging routes. You can even do cul-de-sacs, traffic roundabouts, on and off ramps with ease. All my intersections are custom done rather than using a preset set of intersections shapes such as the one in the last image I provided. Overlays are used for the traffic and can be challenging to place but doable once you get the hang of this method.

So I found some trees and plants that look good but I’m trying to figure out what looks “right”. Like there aren’t that many trees that actually look up to standard for the types of trees in each region. Should I be going hyper crazy and making sure I have that specific tree type in each section of forest? I’ve gotten down to actually looking up maps of forests in the state to see what the most common tree is for each area. I’m struggling to give this the look that it deserves without going overboard. I see a lot of great routes that represent each location well and I want to do mine the justice it deserves just as well. Any pointers from you seasoned scenery guys is well appreciated.
