I noted that the Clinchfield Route was shown and listed at 60% off. When I went to the Steam store the route showed as 35% off. It turns out that TS2021, which I already have, includes that route and was on sale at the 60% off price. I didn't get a new copy of TS2021 but I got some add-on routes at a great price.
