What about...

Unread postby Stevie257 » Fri Apr 12, 2019 7:50 pm

Im trying to find most of the things I see in real life.
Anyone know of a Norfolk Southern SD40T-2 or SD40? NOT SD40-2 JUST SD40?
Thanks again!

I have checked 2 locomotive rosters for NS and they only list SD40-2s.

NS never rostered SD40T-2s, they did have straight SD40s (but they were retired years and) and still roster SD40-2s. They had some SD40-2Rs from Conrail that were rebuilt from straight SD40s, but those were sold off and scrapped IIRC.

You should do a little research before posting these things or at least note that they are fictional. Perhaps you are spending too much time railfanning at night? !*roll-laugh*!

Haha. Very funny. *!rolleyes!*

Ok, did some research just as you said and found out its called a GP38-2. It was seen in Pennsylvania so if you just search Norfolk Southern Engines In Pennsylvania on Google you'll find some pictures. I tried finding some different engines like it but the repaint I download crashed the game when I tried to load it into a Quick Drive. So do you know of one of these engines?

Yes, I know about that one. I'm looking for a non-highood.
