It should have the elements that remind the viewer of the building, it cant be exact. The users know that. Think of it as doing your impression of the building.

If you didn't have to have open doors on it, there is a very close freeware building in John Lippai's 'New River District' assets here in the file library.

Trying to stick to using the Workshop rules of DTG DLC only. So I gotta find my way around it using that...
