1. Added a known unit that does have working exhaust and sound as a second unit behind the Pooch. Does the second unit respond to throttle changes from the lead?
2. Take the known working second unit, make it the lead, and make the Pooch the second unit. Does the Pooch respond to throttle commands from the lead?
Finally, you may want to try uninstalling / reinstalling just the Pooch pack from you Steam library. A fresh install may help. And don't forget to clear your cache (Tools menu). Hope this helps.
