This was the best one yet. A word of advice. If you have a hill that you can logically shoot down at the tracks OK otherwise shoot picks from a low angle like you would if you were a rail fan or from a loco or caboose coming from the other way. Check out some good rail fan photos for angles.

I use Weather and Atmosphere for my pictures. Using this combination with dramatic results and amazing looking backdrops and lighting just works. The picture i posted was actually one i posted for the NJT comp awhile ago !*roll-laugh*!

I believe he was talking about using the weather and the natural atmosphere from the game for the effect. I have done that a lot.

Exactly! If someone wants a good chance, they need to setup a free roam and adjust the time, season, and weather patterns to get those dramatic atmospheric shots. !!*ok*!!
