Amtrak Conductor

I am not sure if this is in the right place (Buzz help me out), but how about an Amtrak conductor? You could use the Station Master/Station Porter from the Rivera 50s line to make it look like a Amtrak conductor.

I still believe it's a good idea. Perhaps you should learn editing and do it on your own and not let the naysayers get to you. :D

I've tried and it destroyed the game so I had to reinstall everything.

This project shouldn't be much different than reskinning a boxcar. It's just a matter of renaming the clone, reskinning it, and substituting the new object for the old one. I'm away on Spring Break next week, but will be glad to take a look when I get back.
