Modern L Productions: AT&SF 3751 Class 4-8-4

Unread postby Logan20131 » Tue Feb 23, 2016 2:30 pm

Hello Everyone,

I've been noticing that nobody is working on AT&SF 3751. So I'm dedicating this forum topic to the development of this great locomotive. I quit the NP locomotive project due to incompatible systems. I'll be needing all kinds of help to get it started. I hope you guys enjoy this and support me in this project. This engine was requested by my uncle of the San Bernardino Railroad Historical Society (SBRHS) and will be released on Steam.

Thanks,
Logan Thurman

This needs to be moved to the 3rd party forum lol. Otherwise, this would be a great addition to the collection. *&!welcome!&*

Unless you're planning on releasing it through DTG / Steam like Smokebox does (in which case, this would be right at home in the DTG forum), this topic does belong in the 3rd party forum.

Oh...I was just finishing up an old patchout of MSTS converted Santa Fe #2926 into #3751. I guess it will do for some time until you get yours done.
But Modern L Productions. Didn't Luke Iverson (I think) abandon that channel for a while now??

It'll be released through steam, by request from SBRHS (San Bernardino Railroad Historical Society).

Well everyone, here is the start of the tender and I figured out how to get the lock zoom/pan back on 3ds max.

Neither the SBRHS nor you have control over this. It's up to DTG whether to include it among their payware offerings.
Cheers!

I was given permission buy Dovetail to build this engine and the SBRHS said it would be fine.

You don't need permission from DTG to build anything. You do need a contract with them to sell anything you build for TS through Steam.

I'm lost. Did DTG actually tell you they would support the set as an official DLC package?
Cheers!
